À propos de LICQual
Le catalogue LICQual UK que Sadara dispense est construit autour de qualifications classées par niveau : titres, certificats et diplômes allant du niveau 1 au niveau 8. Ses douze domaines comptent 92 programmes au total, et la plupart des matières sont proposées à plusieurs niveaux plutôt que sous forme d’une formation unique. Le management environnemental, par exemple, est disponible sous forme de diplôme à chaque niveau, de 3 à 7.
Les groupes les plus importants sont la sécurité alimentaire (16 programmes), la santé et la sécurité au travail (15), l’enquête sur les accidents (15) et les certifications ISO (13). La gestion des risques, la gestion des catastrophes, l’opération de levage et les premiers secours comptent cinq programmes chacun, l’entrée en espace confiné quatre et la manutention manuelle trois, et il existe un unique 'Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice' dans la rubrique gestion d’entreprise.
